Why is our support better? We've got the "in-the-trenches" experience to help solve your technical problems fast. We use the latest tools and techniques to quickly troubleshoot your system. We maintain close relationships with many manufacturers who provide us with direct access to developers and support staff who work as a team to resolve your problems.
We offer many ways to provide the support you need:
- Phone support is available during regular business hours Monday through Friday for customers who have registered the technical problem using the Support Request Form.
- FREE email support is always available. Use the Support Request Form to tell us about the technical problem and we'll try to respond immediately. Most of our email replies are handled within 24hrs.
- If your network connection supports it, we offer remote support using iChat AV, Apple Remote Desktop, Webex, or Timbuktu Remote. Call for details.
- Our Helpdesk has been designed to provide a useful resource of technical notes, downloads, and product information. Sign up for our Newsletter to stay up to date with the latest technical bulletins.
- Manufacturer support is available for products covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Check out our helpful list of manufacturer support information.
